Around rectum pain!!! help?

ok i started having these pains about a week ago and a small pea sized lump was not on my but between my and my but closer to my . so i think its hemmoroids but today it feels like its going into my left cheek and its sore to touch it and hurts pretty bad i am going to the doctor but not til monday and i have school for the rest of the week with a test 2morow so i was wondering what you guys might think it is. oh and unlike alot of cases with hemmroids i have no blood in my stool and i have bought some hemmroid cream but they arent outside they are on the inside so its really not helping!
