How to prove?

I was struck alone when there was a mishap in colony. the rescue team helping us and a person tried to pull me out thru a small opening on top.He could get me under armpits and tried to pull. He grabbed my and every time he pulled me up he was squeezing my s .Many times I fell half the way and his hands were crushing my while falling down. Everytime he picked me up he was again cupping my s, squeezing and holding them to get support to pull me up. It was very embaring to me but I had no way but to get out. My blouse was torn and moved up and he touched my stomach and pressed in the process. after no. of try he got hold with his arm around me below still pressing half of s from bottom and got my crotch with other hand. Holding between my thighs and he managed pull me totally out.When out, I fell back on him with skirt dangerously up the thighs with his hand still in thighs. Than a woman rescuer adjusted skirt.How can I prove this as molesting?
