I feel so violated!!!!?Help please!?

This one guy always keeps coming up to me when i am at my locker and slapping me on the aye!and i am like omg and he won't stop!And then he keeps taking my pencil so then wen i leaned over to get it he is like oh yea bay be and then he keeps touching my chest ugh what should i do!?
