It doesn't sound like you had much of a marriage to begin with . . so you are probably much, much better off without him. You don't sound overly upset by the whole thing . . let him go and be glad he is out of your life. It is irrelevant whether your illness changed your voice or made you hard to live with . . he is disloyal. A marriage denotes loyalty and honesty and he had none. Get a lawyer, make sure you are legally protected and can keep your health insurance as well as all that is entitled to you. But waste no more of your life on him.
