How can i make a good potting soil with my materials on hand?

I have 3 main ingredients on hand so it makes sense to use what i have, I have a 3/8" screen, composted horse manure with bedding, old rotted hardwood mulch, nice screened sand. Does anyone know if this will make a good potting soil? If so what ratios?
