Trouble with a manager?

Good Customer Service is what you're giving. If the owner is HIS boss talk to him, if not try talking to HIS boss before going to the owner. Do you have an Human resources person you can speak with? If so try discussing the situation with them and then maybe they can get together a meeting with you and your big mouthed boss. It's hard when someone else you can't stand holds the power, but at the same time his behavior is unacceptable as a manager. as far as his superiority most bosses do that. (My boss will give you any and everything he doesn't have to do or doesn't like to do to someone else) that's just being a B-O-S-S. Anyway, hope your situation improves, if not and it's really bothering you you gotta leave the company.
