I have a question for s especially the butch ones?

im a gay guy and there are alot of gay ppl in my area. girls and guys, ok so i was wondering, i have a nieghbor that lives on my block and i know she is gay cuz shes a butch and has a gay decal on her car. everytime i see her she looks mean or upset and i feel like saying hello to her and see if i can make her feel happier and maybe being friends, but im scared of what she wiil do or say to me,( im small and younger then her) so do butch gay ladies hate gay guys? and if they dont do you think its ok for me to say hello to her?
