Am i good enough for the E4 in HG. Should I keep training my HG team?

I would say that you should keep training your pokemon that are still in the 30s, to at least level 45. There's a good trainin on Route 26, right before Victory Road. Lance's (the Champion) strongest Pokemon is a Lv. 50 Dragonite, which you can take down easily with your Jynx. As for Karen, your Poliwrath would be best, because Karen has some Dark types that know Ghost type moves, and could take down your Medicham easily. Hope this helped. :)
