Best Custodial Account for Trading Stocks?

I'm 14 and I want to open a online trading account. I was considering Sharebuilder and Zecco, but am unsure. I have about $500-1000 to start with so I need a site with no minimum balance required. I also want a site with a low or zero new account fee and preferably a low trade fee. Open to all suggestions so let me know.
