Listen to yourself. You sound far to immature to be smoking and drinking. I see that you like it though so you should consider yourself lucky to be given these things when most other teens wont be allowed them at your early age. I think you should try your best to get along with her and try regain her trust because lets face it, arguing with her is getting you no where. Your brother allowed you to smoke and drink around the house, you should have been mature about it and not got so pissed and high all the time.. too late now i suppose though.
