Ghost or Poltergiest?

It was probably a loved one who has ped on, they are trying to tell you that they love you and that they are OK. It is certainly creepy, but since you heard your name, I believe that they mean you no harm. Acknowledge them and ask if you can help them or just say thanks for visiting. Good luck!
