How does one find out which companies will be manufacting a certain product so you can invest in them?

Iv got a really good stock market investment idea. I need to know where to begin though. How do i find out which companies would be involved in the manufacturing, or parts supplying for a specific product that is really going to take off over the next decade. It will be like investing in macintosh some decades ago. I know the product to invest in, i just need to find out about the companies that will be producing or aiding its production.
