Is this game playing?

If a guy (you haven't met yet) has a date scheduled with you on the weekend, calls to confirm/talk, chats, and then he emails about the said date with a question about where to eat, you email back and you hear nothing from them for two days, are they dissing you on purpose or just "busy"? Should you just wait to hear from them?
