My 2000 expedition doesn't always start.?

sometimes when I go to start my 2000 expedition it won't start. The solenoid on the firewall will click but that's it. I have changed the solenoid on the firewall and I have put in a new starter. sometimes I have to crawl underneath and start it on the starter itself. that works everytime but I don't want to have to do that.
