Where can you watch the scooby doo episode haunted horseman of hagglethorn hall?

I have been going CRAZY trying to find this episode! It's not on Youtube, Hulu, or a hundred other sites I've checked. My computer doesn't allow me to download anything, so that really doesn't make it much easier >.> HELP! It's the one with Davy Jones from the Monkees in it
